Our Story

UNFYD® COMPASS was born from frustration we and most customers faced while interacting with brands. We ideated a fresh digital UI which would empower digital agents to respond to customers more efficiently while saving costs to the company. What started as a simple webchat agent desktop grew into an omnichannel product integrated to the new age social & messenger platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat & beyond. UNFYD® Suite is transforming digital processes across multiple BFSI, Telco companies with Artificial Intelligence, Website Collaboration, Mobility and CRM led capabilities.

We are a design and product studio that creates products that make process perform seamless & better. In a world full of clutter, we want to automate & simplify. Our UNFYD® XP product suite helps enterprises break digital silos. UNFYD® is a unique IP-led initiative, addressing the convergence of omni-channel communications, as part of the various “Experience Management” theories, involving, voice, digital, social, mobility etc. UNFYD® COMPASS is one of the upcoming CX platforms in the world.
